1 LIABILTY: - neither Willbeard Farm, its owners or representatives will accept any liability or responsibility for any accident, injury, illness or damage incurred on or in the vicinity of the premises by riders, grooms, spectators or any other person or animal howsoever caused. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. Therefore it is a condition of entry that everyone who attends or competes at any of our events. DO SO ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN RISK.
2 RIDERS must wear safely secured riding hats which comply with the current British Standards BSEN 1384 or PAS 015 AT ALL TIMES WHEN MOUNTED.
3 SUITABLE riding boots with heels must be worn when mounted.
4. NO CANTERING outside of the course or warm up areas. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave the premises and no refund will be given
5. No DOGS allowed anywhere except The Car/lorry Park. At All Times must be on lead, and on no account tied to a vehicle. All fouling to be picked up by the owner, and removed from the premises.
6. OBJECTIONS any objections must be made in writing to the Show Secretary within 30 minutes of the incident together with a fee of £10.00 which will be returned if the objection is up held.
7. There will be no refunds of entry fees.
8. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the showground & to refuse any entry without assigning a reason.
9.Competitors should ensure that they are adequately covered by third party insurance.
10. Please do not muck out your trailers/lorry and please take your rubbish with you.
11. Horses tied to the outside of lorries or trailers should not be left unattended.
12.No individual for which he/she is responsible as owner lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete in any competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure that other members of the public are not put at risk of injury.
13. Stallions/Colts may not be led by juniors who have not attained their 14th Birthday before the 1st January of the current year
14. All Children must have attained there 3rd birthday by 1st January in the current year before competing
15. Mountain and Moorland Ponies must be shown in there natural state and trimming must comply with the respective Breed Society Stud books
16. The organisers may divide/ amalgamate/ cancel classes as they see fit, without prior notice.
17. No spurs to be worn in Ridden classes, Showing canes must not exceed 30” (Unless deemed to be part of the dress code for the class entered.
18. Novice ridden. Snaffle bridles only will be excepted.
19. All ridden equines must be 4 years and over.
20. All Perpetual Cups must be signed for and returned 2 months before next years show in good repair.
21.. THE JUDGES DECISION IS FINAL.
