Dressage Entry Form

When completed, click on the 'submit' button.
This will send the form to Willbeard Farm and you will receive confirmation shortly.
If you submit this form on line, you must send a cheque for the full amount of the entry to Willbeard Farm Stud to be received before the Wednesday before the show,
cancellation must be with VET or DOCTORS note or you will still be charged.
If preferred, you may also click the 'print' button, change the printing format to 'landscape' and print the form. You should then send the printed form and the cheque via normal post. All Cheques are to have Bankers Card details and Your Address on the back.

Anybody Mounted Will have to sign a Declaration.
That You have read our rules and that you agree to abide by them at all times while on Willbeard Farm Stud.
Anybody that does not sign will be asked to leave. This applies to non competitors as well.
